I'm going to start cold calling companies in my area to try and present the Ideal Life Group Presentation to their employees during their lunch break; a 'lunch n learn.’ I've come up with a basic script to use when making the initial call and I was hoping if you could run your eye over it to see if you think it would be OK or if you have any suggestions.

Don't make cold calls. Ask your clients to introduce you to people who make decisions and approach them by referral.

b I have conducted Financial Road Maps with a few clients approximately 1 year ago. I did NOT ask them to join my Ideal Client Community at the time as I did not feel they could afford my Predictable Minimum Annual Recurring Revenue and / or they did not have enough assets. They are currently survival clients. I would like to ask them to come in again to update their Financial Road Maps and at the same time ask them to join our ideal client community as I have more clarity around their income and feel they could now pay my Predictable Minimum Annual Recurring Revenue. How would you suggest I conduct this second meeting? For example, should I ask them to bring in all their documents again, update their Financial Road Maps, and go through commitment to hire outlining exactly what they get and what it costs to join the ideal client community and see where it goes?
b During a Group Referral, the first person I offered the book to would not provide her business card and Ideal Life Worksheet in exchange for the book. I was not sure what to do, so I simply smiled and gave her the book (I was thinking, ‘OK then, no book for you’). The other seven people in the group followed the process perfectly and gave me their business cards and Ideal Life Worksheets in exchange for the book. Is there anything you would have said to the first person who would not provide their business card and Ideal Life Worksheet?
b When I attend self-referral functions and events and I am able to go deep and put the offer on the table, some of these people believe that they have everything in order and seem to be very organized and know exactly what they want to do with their life, or they say that their accountant does all that . I believe they would gain benefit from the concepts of Values-Based Financial Planning if they had a chance to understand what Values-Based Financial Planning was and may reconsider their own arrangements. Do you have any coaching that would help move these people to the next step in the process, that is accepting the book and a 20 minute conversation over the phone?
b I have a couple clients that I have known and worked with at Fisher Investments. They have been very close to hiring me prior to my involvement with BAI. The following is an email I plan on sending to one of them I was hoping you could review it and give me some feedback?
b I wanted to get your feedback please on this email I received from the Chamber of Commerce, where I am a relatively new member. The Chamber sent me a letter inviting me to a Trade Show. The invitation noted that the Trade Show was a great opportunity to display products or services, discover new businesses and network with other business people. My questions to you are: 1. Would you attend this event? 2. If you did, would you attend it exclusively to complete Self-Referral Conversations™? 3. The invitation mentioned renting a booth to showcase your business – what is your take on this? I was thinking of going to the Trade Show for the purpose of conducting Self-Referral Conversations™ with business people. I am not sure, however, about the idea of having a booth at an event like this.
